The Role We are seeking a warm, organized, and adaptable Chiropractic Assistant/Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. This part-time position serves as the operational hub of our daily patient flow. You will primarily interact with patients during check-in and check-out, while also providing essential hands-on support in administering therapies and keeping the office running efficiently.

Schedule

  • Days: Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays

  • Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM (or until the last scheduled patient finishes)

Responsibilities

  • Front Desk Management: Warmly greet patients, manage scheduling, handle check-ins and check-outs, and answer phone calls with a friendly, professional demeanor.

  • Therapy Assistance: Prepare treatment rooms and comfortably set up patients for clinical therapies, including cold laser therapy, spinal decompression, and foot detox baths.

  • Administrative Support: Perform accurate insurance verifications to support our external billing team and maintain up-to-date patient records in our electronic health system.

  • Clinic Maintenance: Perform routine cleaning and sanitization of treatment tables, therapy equipment, and general clinic areas to maintain a pristine and professional environment.

  • Clinic Flow: Facilitate smooth transitions between the waiting room and treatment areas to ensure an efficient and positive patient experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in a healthcare, clinical support, or front desk administrative role is highly preferred.

  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in an active clinic setting.

  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal skills and a clear, compassionate communication style.

  • Tech-Fluency: Comfortable using scheduling software, digital health records, and performing standard administrative computer tasks.

  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
