  2. Exclusions: This offer does not include X-rays, therapy services, or any other diagnostic or treatment services. If additional services are necessary, they will be disclosed to you in writing along with their associated costs before those services are rendered.

  3. Required Disclosure (The "72-Hour Rule"): THE PATIENT AND ANY OTHER PERSON RESPONSIBLE FOR PAYMENT HAS A RIGHT TO REFUSE TO PAY, CANCEL PAYMENT, OR BE REIMBURSED FOR PAYMENT FOR ANY OTHER SERVICE, EXAMINATION, OR TREATMENT THAT IS PERFORMED AS A RESULT OF AND WITHIN 72 HOURS OF RESPONDING TO THE ADVERTISEMENT FOR THE F1REE, DISCOUNTED FEE, OR REDUCED FEE SERVICE, EXAMINATION, OR TREATMENT.2

Due to strict federal regulations (Anti-Kickback Statute and Civil Monetary Penalties Law), this discounted offer is not valid for patients who are beneficiaries of any federally funded healthcare program, including, but not limited to:

  • Medicaid

  • Tricare

  • Federal Employee Health Benefits (FEHB)

If you are a Medicare patient, we are happy to schedule your appointment and bill Medicare directly for all covered services according to their guidelines.

III. Validity Period

This offer must be claimed and the initial appointment scheduled on or before December 31, 2025.

Q1: Does this $25 special include X-rays?

A: No. The $25 special includes the initial consultation, orthopedic/neurological examination, and the first adjustment. If the doctor determines that X-rays are medically necessary to ensure safe and effective care, those charges are separate. We will fully explain why X-rays are needed and what the exact cost is before you agree to them.

Q2: Will I get adjusted on my first visit?

A: In most cases, yes. After your thorough consultation and exam, if the doctor determines it is safe and appropriate, you will receive your first chiropractic adjustment as part of the $25 special. The entire process allows us to understand your body and provide immediate relief on your first day.

Q3: Do you accept my health insurance?

A: We accept most major private health insurance plans. Please note that this $25 special is a deeply discounted cash rate and cannot be combined with insurance. If you wish to use your insurance benefits for your initial visit, you will not be eligible for the $25 offer, and we will collect your standard copay/deductible after verifying your coverage.

Q4: I have Medicare. Can I use the $25 special?

A: No. Due to strict federal laws, this specific discounted offer cannot be extended to patients with Medicare, Medicaid, or other federal insurance programs. If you are a Medicare beneficiary, we are happy to schedule your new patient visit and will bill Medicare for covered services according to their rules. We encourage you to call our office to book your compliant new patient appointment.
